Emerald Pools

"Emerald Pools" is named after the song "10,000 Emerald Pools" by Børns, The idea for the painting came to me during a group exercise in a workshop for Intuition. I joined the workshop because I wanted to learn to trust my intuition more as I paint. During a written intuitive exercise, I wrote about white rose floating in water with flecks of gold and silver. And this is what I ended up painting…
